اس ڈس کلیمر فارم کو جمع کرکے میں مندرجہ ذیل نکات کی تصدیق اور ان کو تسلیم کرتا/کرتی ہوں:
- میں نے یونیورسٹی کی تمام شرائط اور طلباء کی ذمہ داریوں کو پڑھ کے سمجھ لیا ہے، اور میں انٹرنیشنل اوپن یونیورسٹی )اردو (کی پالیسیوں سے اتفاق کرتا/کرتی ہوں۔
- میرے داخلے سے متعلق یونیورسٹی کا فیصلہ میری فراہم کردہ معلومات پر مبنی ہے جو میں نے داخلے کے فارم میں فراہم کی ہیں۔ اگر یونیورسٹی کو کسی بھی وقت یہ علم ہوا کہ میری فراہم کردہ معلومات غلط تھی تو یونیورسٹی میرا داخلہ مسترد کر سکتی ہے۔
- یونیورسٹی اس بات کو یقینی بنانے کی پوری کوشش کرے گی کہ تمام کورسز اسی طرح سے طلباء کو فراہم کئے جائیں گے جیسا کہ یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ پر پیش کئے گئے ہیں۔ ساتھ ہی ساتھ یونیورسٹی اس بات کے حقوق محفوظ رکھتی ہے کہ وہ جب چاہے کورسز میں تبدیلی کر سکتی ہے۔
- انٹرنیشنل اوپن یونیورسٹی )اردو) طلباء کا صرف وہ ریکارڈ ان کو فراہم کرے گی جس کی پڑھائی انہوں نے انٹرنیشنل اوپن یونیورسٹی میں کی ہے۔
- یونیورسٹی کو ادا کی ہوئی کورس کی فیس کسی بھی صورت طلباء کو واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔ یہ پالیسی یونیورسٹی کی انتہائی مناسب اور معقول فیس کی وجہ سے ہے۔
- یہ طلباء کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ اپنی پروفائل کو اپ ٹو ڈیٹ رکھیں۔ اپنی معلومات میں تبدیلی کرانے کیلئے طلباء کو فوری طور پر ہیلپ ڈیسک سے رابطہ کرنا ہوگا۔
- میں نے یونیورسٹی کی زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی برائے انتہا پسندی اور دہشت گردی کا باخوبی مطالعہ کر لیا ہے اور میں اس بات کی ضمانت دیتا/دیتی ہوں کہ میں اس سے اتفاق کرتا/کرتی ہوں اور اس پر عمل کروں گا/گی۔
- اپنی پروفائل میں ترمیم کروانے کیلئے، براہ مہربانی ہیلپ ڈیسک سے helpdesk@urdu.iou.edu.gm پر رجوع کریں۔

- The International Open University (Urdu) is not required to retain records other than the transcripts of the students and credits obtained.
- Fees paid to the International Open University (Urdu) for the semester registration are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances due to the modest fee charged.
- It is the responsibility of the prospective student to look at his/her profile page for any possible updates and to follow it up with the helpdesk if needed.
- I have read the University's Disclaimer about zero tolerance toward extremism and terrorism and acknowledge that I will abide by the University's position regarding this matter.
